「The room
Was great, all new and very comfortable bed. Place is spotless and in a great location in Treviso, the staff was very helpful and a very easy check in. If you want to be right in the center of town in a new room with great amenities it’s the perfect stay. I highly recommend this place and wish we had more than one day there.」

We found out from the front desk that the heat pump for the A/C also is used to power the hot water tank, so you can’t do both at the same time. When we called down about the hot water/air-conditioning problem the man at reception didn’t really seem to care,...

「Our party of two couples stayed here for three nights.
Location: The location is perfect! The property entrance is only a few steps from the Rialto ferry/vaporetto stop with direct water taxi access. It is very close to the Rialto Bridge and within a few minutes' walk of many good restaurants.
Service: Outstanding! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. When they ask if you need help with your bags, say YES. It seems that getting help with luggage in Venice is anticipated and...
