「Rooms need to repaired toilet was loose tank ank sink was cracked no vent fan covers paint on ceiling in bathroom was coming down cracks in walks in bathroom.. bathroom needs new tub new toilet new sink. Refrig was froze up. but as for as cleanbeding and towels it was good 」

「Im Großen und Ganzen für die Durchreise ok. Die gelieferten Handtücher waren oft fleckig. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut. Störend war nur ein Abend am Wochenende als der Flur und einige Zimmer von Jugendlichen als „Spielplatz“ genutzt wurden.」

「We actually stayed April 11th for a surgery the next day. Checked out early April 12th and when discharged from hospital decided to come back here for sat night, april13th, because we lived 3.5 hrs away and felt like it would be safer to stay close by to the Kenner Hosp I had surgery at. The people were so nice at the hotel, making sure they gave me a first floor room and just beyond the front desk so I wouldn’t have to go far. They were so nice thurs night and that is what made our decision to...

「Hotel needs updating. Bathroom could use a fresh deep clean including re caulking the tub and removing stains. That being said, we could tell care was taken to clean everything. Did not expect housekeeping for our 2 night stay and he did a wonderful job tidying our space and providing fresh linens. Very much appreciated. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Top notch staff here who will go out of their way to help! Appreciated the variety of breakfast options...
