“Incredible stay, looks just as beautiful as the photos! Check in process was quick and easy, I was down to my room and it was in great condition. Pool towels, water bottles, a fridge, sandals, and the room was very spacious. More amenities than the US ever has!”

“I have been trying to get a refund since January 31, 2021. When I booked my room it said free cancelation, I tried to cancel and the hotel kept all my money. Expedia said that they don't answer the phone so there is nothing that they can do. Worst experience ever, never booking with them or expedia again. ”

The resort is in an abandoned area where you go through narrow roads to access and your safety is in jeopardy. I came with my family of 5 and was shocked at the……
