“We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4.
However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app.
And we wish the AC was cooler.
Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc.
Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to……

“The room was clean. Excellent communication with the staff on WhatsApp. The AC was not cooling the room down so I had to use the ventilator which got me sick on my last day in Rome (thankfully the weather was not hot, so I could handle the warmth)
The location was not ideal as Centocelle is not the safest place in Rome and it’s very smelly, but manageable.”

“在這趟意大利旅程第二次入住，交通十分便利，無論巴士、火車或地鐵都可以在附近乘坐。服務方面都可以，只是 Check in 時，職員說很快就有房間便叫我們坐在大堂等，但 10 分鐘後另一位職員又叫我們到另一房間等，他們似乎沒有溝通，也等待中的我忘記了。幸好我再到前台就可以取得房間了。”

“We had a Privilege, Double Room.
Like:
- The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons
- Toilet was ok sized
- Room size was pretty sizable too
- The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat
- bar up at roof was reasonably priced too
- close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk
Did not like:
- hotel is a bit dated interior
- the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall
- a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking……
