「Overall: Cute and easy spot in a cute and quiet neighborhood. We would stay again. Pros: Nice simple space with everything you need. It is perfect for the price. Street parking is plentiful and the neighborhood felt very safe. Amenities were all good- nice bed, kitchen equipment, and bathroom. The basement was great for staying cool. Things to consider but aren't deal breakers: the stairs are very steep so not doable for those with mobility issues, and it IS a basement so remember you can hear...

「Beautiful walkout basement setup with gorgeous views in a nice area. Quality through out, this wasn't setup like it was a rental, but like their own home. We enjoyed having our dog there, but felt bad we had to check in with the owner to be sure their dog wasn't out at the same time. I have a nice dog, but she's old and not interested in other dogs anymore. Just a heads up, since I don't remember reading that in the description. The owner was very accommodating, so no complaints there. 」
