- Historic charm and modern comfort. Perfect for guests who want to be close to all the action downtown. Across from the new Founding Fathers. A block or two to the courthouse, dining, Whiskey Row, galleries, etc. Public street parking in front of the house. Renovated and spacious. High ceilings, hardwood floors, lots of light and beautiful furnishings. Lovely backyard and deck with grill. Short drive to hiking and biking. Adjacent house also available. The house was perfect for a week’s stay while I attended a class. It was well furnished, clean and comfortable. Great location with walking distance to whiskey row, restaurants and shopping. Hosts were attentive and great to work with. Could be cool at night if you have HVAC on A/C but there are blankets and you can always turn the heat on. Kitchen has everything you need and nice to be able to do laundry. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Prescott. The location made everything easy, the home was spotless, and the layout gave us all the space we needed. It ended up being the perfect place for a relaxing couples weekend with friends

We love this property and have stayed there before. It is spacious and spotless and very conveniently located to downtown Prescott and the lakes. We can walk to the restaurants and shops and also relax at the home which has a beautiful outdoor deck.The owners provide full information in advance and are available if you need to contact them during your stay. It’s our favorite easy summer getaway..
