The house was perfect. We had family come from out of state to visit our father for Father’s Day. It’s close to downtown, where our other family members had hotels. The arcade downstairs is perfect to entertain the kids. Beautiful view and perfect nights to watch the sunset with the bonfire on the deck.

The check in process was Easy Peasy! The whole experience was stress free. The property was perfect for our needs and then some! We didn't even get to enjoy all of the games available as we were out exploring the amazing historical neighborhood and beyond! The kitchen had everything we needed (even though we walked to local restaurants instead of cooking). Pleasant Place is just that! A Pleasant Place to have a pleasant experience!

The front deck (entrance) felt unsafe. There were several boards that were rotting. The stairs up to the door are long with no light. Wooden railing a bit loose. Outdoor furniture not in the best shape.
