Weekend get away

Enjoyed our stay in Prescott for the weekend! House was very well equipped, and a nice walk to whiskey row. Look forward to possibly going back in the summer.

Great Cottage and Location

The cottage was perfect for our family, very pet friendly with the available yard to enjoy. Bonnie was very communicative and easy to work with. She was flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which was so appreciated! The location was amazing, and walking distance to the courthouse and shops/food. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great little place in a great location

This is a nice little place within walking distance to downtown Prescott. Well provisioned and clean. My kids and I were very comfortable. My daughter is at ERAU and I'll look to stay here again when we're in town.

Excellent Stay

The facility is very nice and comfortable. We had some trouble with the internet but Bonnie was responses and helpful and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely come back the next time we go to Prescott.

Amazing property would 100% stay again

The property owner was so responsive and just the sweetest. The property was PERFECT and was a great fit for my family and fur baby. I cannot wait to rent again, for longer!

Prescott weekend

My husband and I are building a house in Prescott, so we came for the weekend to check on the progress. Our daughter, son in law and granddaughter live in Mesa, so they joined us for the weekend. The cottage was perfect for all of us. And the host was fabulous and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Prescott graduation stay

We booked Cedar Cottage for my daughter's graduation from Prescott College. We stayed the weekend and loved it! The cottage is cozy and very close to Downtown, we walked there and back to have dinner and enjoy the arts festival. The owner was so accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Even let us check out late as we didn't want to leave! There is also a nice park in walking distance and lakes within 4-7 miles. Definitely recommend this property!

We had a great stay. The house was as described. Owners were available, attentive and communicated well. It was nice to have ice in freezer. Kitchen had everything needed. There were only two cons: bathroom door didn’t lock and bedroom curtains were sheer. We would stay here again if we come back to this area. Thank you.

hummingbird cottage

Loved the hominess of your cottage. The little yard was ideal for our small dog and also for us to enjoy.We came from valley to try to cool down and this little place did it.I enjoyed the abundance of birds and greenery of your area.The lit covered patio was a delight.Really appreciated the fact you had the 2nd TV in bedroom.I have trouble sleeping and it helped.Hope to see you next summer.

pleasant , easy access to town

Cottages very cute. nice tv stations available. back yard very pleasant where we had our morning coffee. we rented aspen and cedar cottages. one negative thing about cedar cottage is beds not comfortable and lounge chairs materiel very ruff on elbows. couch was very comfortable. cottages are very well stocked with cooking and eating needs. It was so nice to have air conditioners and fans in each room

Thanksgiving Reunion

We came from Texas and Las Vegas to celebrate Thanksgiving together and were so comfortable in the cottage that it felt like home immediately. The cottage was well appointed, clean and we enjoyed the firepit in the evenings and the outdoor area in the mornings and loved watching the hummingbirds and native birds at the bird feeders with our coffee. Our host was friendly, accommodating and responsive anytime we had to call for assistance. I've already recommended this property and host to friends who travel to Prescott. Sincerely, Cass Walker

Cedar Cottage

This cottage was so adorable, clean and comfortable. Had a grassy back yard for our pup! Whiskey Row was just down the street.The owner was very kind and easy to get ahold of. I highly recommend!

Wedding

I rented the Cedar unit for my 94 year old Mom and my sister and her husband. It was absolutely amazing. They came from Iowa and New Jersey for my wedding. The place was spotless and they thought it was amazing! Thank You Bonnie for such a wonderful and relaxing property. I will most definitely rent it again for family and friends in the future.
