The house is super cute and cozy. We didn’t need to buy anything extra for the house, all necessities were provided. Nice location, and close to many restaurants. Our host was very considerate and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again!

The Barn House was exactly as pictured. It was a perfect fit for 6 adults over a weekend. Nice front and back outside space. Plenty of places to sit and visit inside. Good dining table for games and cards. Thank you.

We really enjoyed how close the house was to restaurants and whiskey row. We also loved that the cabinets were labeled, so we didn’t have to keep opening up every cabinet and possibly put things away in the wrong cabinet.

The house was amazing and fit 6 of us comfortably! I It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to whiskey row that if you do want entertainment it’s just a 4 min drive. We loved the place and look forward to staying again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the barn house! Everything was clean and cozy and it was very spacious for our family of 6. My kids loved the chess/checker table and the backyard was very cool. We were there during a cold spell and were glad to find plenty of extra blankets, as well as a space heater. We will definitely be back!

House was clean and had plenty of space. Unfortunately the outside patio furniture was filthy and we couldn't enjoy the outside. With our short stay it wasn't worth the hassle of contacting the property manager.

My adult family stayed here for a week's long vacation. The house is exactly what you see in pictures and clean. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out in their own rooms and plenty of space in the shared space to gather. Location was great and the house is only 5-7 minutes from Whiskey Row with tons of local bars and restaurants. Marsha was an excellent host, checking in periodically throughout our stay to make sure everything was meeting our expectations.

My father has always loved Western Art so for Christmas my brother and I planned a trip to take my parents to Prescott to the Phippen Museum. Your home was just a perfect setting for them with the old fashioned exterior and the welcoming inside. Thank you so much for the opportunity for us to stay at your home.
