Location was wonderful! Super close to whiskey row. We also enjoyed the patio that was fenced in. The oven was not heating to temp during our stay, but the host made things right. Would stay again!

Quaint stay for your basic needs

Very convenient to the downtown shops,bars and restaurants of Prescott with a pleasant southwestern feel.The bath and kitchen are a little outdated but still deliver the basic needs.The beds were extremely comfortable!!!!

Close to everything

We could walk dow town foe coffee in the morning or ice cream in the afternoon. A littlw playground isnt far away. The house was clean and comfortable. The mattress for the king bed was hard but i might just be a wimp and like soft mattresses. That being said - i slept fine on it anyways. Overall it was a great place to spend the weekend

needs to improve

Location cleanliness excellent everything was fine except air conditioning, windows that did not open, window that lost there vacuum so you can not see through them, plus screen door that does not close and screed not tact in probably.Bedroom #1 very noisy AC and can not open window for fresh air, need ear plugs, Bedroom #2 no AC when it is hot in the early evening, just a window that did open. Not Good

I don't like being deceived and I was picture taken in such a way you could not see steps you need tto climb I am hañdicap was very difficult from pic could not see steps so did not need to ask it. rained and was lightening there was a metel pile I had to hang on to could not leave until rain stoped just in case lightening hit pile very frightened will never rent any place hosted by pm of az have always in the past been pleased with VRBO not true time To VRBO I would get rid of pm of az b4' they ruin your good name ..

Great Location to Explore Downtown Prescott

Great location, easy walk to downtown Prescott with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Quick 10min drive to Watson Lake. Much more spacious than expected, with comfortable and clean rooms. On a quiet residential block but you do hear some traffic noise from being right on the corner. Would definitely recommend for an in-town stay.
