「It’s as described.. good proximity to everything. It’s small but charming. Perfect for a couple or a single person and it was great that pets were allowed. There’s a small enclosed patio also. For the price it was just perfect for my stay. It was the price of a good hotel but with the amenities of a kitchen and sitting area with the private patio space. Worth it!」

「This was the second time we came to Prescott for Christmas. We were impressed as soon as we walked through the door. The owners allowed us to check in early because there were no other guest before us, which was so convnient. Otherwise, we would have had to wait around for 4 hours, to get in, once we arrived in Prescott. We were able to get all settled and then go sightseeing.
