“Every amenity you might imagine you’ll need at a vacation rental, this home has. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with nice dishes and pans, as well as basic cooking spices and such in the pantry. “Just the easiest trip ever. Clear instructions and "rules" arrived several days before the trip. I took my mother for Mother's Day Weekend and she just loved it. The two bedrooms both had comfy beds. Super cute patio, where we had our coffee (pods included in the rental!) and cinnamon rolls (not included, but that's ok!). Overall, highly recommended for folks wanting to stay close to Downtown Prescott.”

“This house was perfect for our needs. My retired husband and I stayed in the main house and our adult son, wife, and two dogs stayed in the guest house. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the proximity to downtown for our dinners, or ice cream. We enjoyed the shaded patio and the fenced yard for the dogs. We would definitely stay here again!”
