“We had such a good time, while staying at BRHS. The room was as described with amenities and we were welcomed with a warm heat setting during a cold winter day. The staff were professional and friendly. The facility was well maintained and inviting to all. One suggestion would be to include use of the hot springs with the room rate instead of separate. As the reason for renting a room was to use the hot springs. ”

“Yes. Some things we noticed is that the front door was a bit tricky to open from the inside. The little table by the main floor tv is not fully assembled and the top falls off. The light in the master bedroom with its own bathroom did not turn on. Guard railngoing into basement was ripped from the wall. ”
