Built in 2024, this modern new build has everything you could need for your home away from home. Located in the small and tranquil town of Cheney, Kansas, this home is the perfect spot for family fun or gathering with friends! Just off of Cheney Lake, this spaces offers a large open floor plan with a pool view from the kitchen and living area. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house has ample space to get ready or unwind from a night at the rodeo or even a day at the lake!

This peaceful home is the perfect location to get ready for weddings, rodeos, or days on the lake. This spacious house offers a large kitchen with a beautiful island, perfect for cooking up meals with family and friends. The adjoining dining area features a dining table for 7, perfect for shared meals and lively conversation. Unwind after a day of fun in the spacious living room before heading off to recharge. All 3 bedrooms on the main level offer a king sized bed, while the loft features 3 full sized beds. There is a washer and dryer located off the kitchen for convenience, perfect for washing your swimwear after a dip in the pool! This home offers a blend of comfort, style, and practicality, making it the perfect place to create lasting memories.

This house is beautiful & offers so much space. The kitchen was very well stocked with flatwear, pots, pans, utensils, cooking oils & seasonings. The pool & hot tub were very nice. I highly recommend this house for a large group.
