“This place is perfect, I would recommend it very highly. It is very clean, the bed was really comfortable and the host was very helpful! ”

“地點便利，房間舒適”

“The location is convenient to walk to town. The first few photos on the Expedia listing show a lovely play park- this is not part of the hotel and is actually 3.5km away. We booked this property as we have a small child, but this property is a series of dreary apartments around a small car park. There is no garden or play area. We booked via Expedia and included in the booking that we have a small child. On arrival we were charged an additional 15 euros for the cot bed. This is ridiculous……

“Friendly English speaking staff, quick check in.”

One note is that there is no elevator so bringing luggage upstairs can be a bit tricky. The front desk held our luggage for us after we checked out so we could explore the area without……

“The hotel is beautiful. Zuzka was wonderful. She was patient, very efficient, kind and her English is excellent, which we really appreciated. Thank you again Zuzka! Hope to see you again! Jessica and the USA band Vio-lence. ”

The grounds were well kept. The negative were the other staff. No one spoke English and did not attempt to communicate in any other language, verbal or non-verbal. Listing a property on Expedia should include mention that English is not widely spoken when appropriate. Except for the cave steam bath, there……
