This wooden cottage is set in the woods, slightly apart from the main farmhouse, surrounded by trees, peacefulness, and dappled light. The open-plan space features a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for extra guests, and a bathroom with a spacious shower. You have a private kitchen, living area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a balcony. The large outdoor veranda offers a kitchen, barbecue, big dining table, and seating for relaxation. Suitable for up to 4 guests. The cottage is built with wood and stone throughout, creating a cozy retreat where time slows down.

At Prato del Re in Prignano sulla Secchia, you’ll find a heated saltwater pool exclusively for guests, open from May to September, with an outdoor shower and a shared garden.



This detached cottage, surrounded by the greenery of Emilia-Romagna, is set in woods near the heart of the farmhouse and features an open-plan layout.
