Some good points but overall disappointing
Property is in great location near restaurants and transport and easy to get around. Even though on a very busy street the house is sturdy and well insulated so noise not an issue.
The art and furniture in the house were lovely and pleasing on the eye.
All 3 mattresses and all pillows were of a very poor quality and uncomfortable. In addition the bed in the attic room was broken and the slats kept falling out. We did our own temporary repair which helped slightly but in the end the guest in that room went home a night early due to the discomfort.
Finally the issues above could have been mitigated by communication from the host that indicated they cared about the issue. As it was communication was dismissive and not helpful no suggestions or offers of help given and when I messaged the host about the inconvenience experienced with constant messaging and photo taking and that a guest left early the response from the host was “thanks for this that’s great. We appreciate it” then nothing further.
Will not return or recommend to others.
