This really was not a boutique hotel. More like an unhosted bed & breakfast. Didn't see or speak to a living soul and were told that we were on camera in the one common area. Bed was comfortable, no closet or anywhere to put clothes. Breakfast was good but we had to eat it in our room. Would not recommend.

We are so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We were really surprised to read the negative comments as 98% of our guests love our boutique hotel. Most couples that frequent here are looking for a romantic quiet and relaxing get-a-way. They do in fact get that. They love the ‘mysterious hallway breakfast’ as they call it. They take the breakfast back to their rooms and enjoy each other and the view which is very serene. We cater to couples who are looking for a quiet intimate vacay. If you read our google and website reviews you will see that we are rated very high. Times have changed, typically people do not want to be bothered. They like the quiet come and go on your own with the keypad entries we have on every room. We have a store, La Dolce Vita where our guests can come and ask us questions about the area and the best restaurants etc. Again we are very sorry that you had a negative view of Villa di Casa. We would advise you to check out the websites of where you plan to visit so you know exactly what you are getting so you don’t feel as though you are wasting your money.

Nice quiet area close to vinyards and everything in the PEC area. Cute and cozy and loved the big king size bed which was very comfortable. They have a fire pit area, sitting area, hot tub and large water fountain. Breakfast was excellent and had everything you needed to start your day. Only thing that i didnt like was that the dual split heater systems temp light on the wall was too bright and hindered me trying to sleep. I couldnt find a way to turn it off so i just draped a small towel over it and that seemed to do the trick. Otherwise pretty easy to place to navigate since it is a self serve type accomodations. I would definately stay there again. Thanks

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! We try and provide everything to make your stay easy and relaxing.As far as the split unit, last summer we put a piece of duct tape over the lighted numbers because we had a few other comments regarding the brightness. I didn't realize yours was not on the unit anymore. We have had to replace them as it seems people do remove them because they cannot see the numbers I assume? We can't think of any other reason. We will try and think of another way to hide the lights to accommodate everyone. Thanks for your input and we hope to see you again!!Shawn & Julie
