“I have never been to a hotel where the staff were so nice. I wish I got the name of the one fellow as he was above and beyond thoughtful. The room was clean and I love when hotels have a window that actually opens so that was a bonus. The bathtub was great and the value for the price was good. Hot breakfast was good also.”

“This Hotel is fantastic if you have children, the pool area is fantastic, waterslides, splash area, a pool and hot tub. The rooms are clean and nice, only thing I found was the breakfast was from 6 to 9 and it was a struggle to get down for breakfast on time, the breakfast options were amazing, but I feel if they offered till 10 am would be fantastic. Will stay again!!”

“Check-in time was at 4pm and we arrive at 1 pm. The staff were excellent . My husband is in a wheelchair and they expedited the cleaning of the room and checked us in at 2:30 instead of 4 pm”

“Staff are very nice and great customer service. Room was excellent, very clean, no issues at all. Parking eas a bit hard to find but definitely manageable. Only concern was ( OUT OF THE MOTELS CONTROL) lots of homeless / addicts across from the motel ( over by time Hortons)so going outside to smoke / freshair/ going for a walk was a bit unsettling but only cause sometimes they can get aggressive out of the 50ish people we seen out of the 3 nights only 2 were unpleasant!. The motel has……

“The staff was very helpful. We did have a couple issues with room but they were quickly fixed. Reasonable priced rooms for quick weekend trip.”

“The building and the room were clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and counters were well designed and a pleasure to use. The room was especially large, and as we were on the top floor, we happened to have a high, vaulted ceiling with a window at top, creating a spacious, light feeling. The main window was also especially large with a good view of scenic hills and sky. It all came together to feel especially luxurious.”

“The room was clean and quiet. The man at the desk seemed annoyed when I was trying to check in and out putting paper work Head of customer service. He also seemed disheveled. Other than his rudeness it was a pleasant experience”

“Given bathtub that didn't drain. No menu on tv so had to hunt one channel at a time to find anything. Towel was dirty and stained and given to my room for usage”

“Room wasn’t very clean and it stunk like weed, slept on top of the covers. Won’t be staying there again.”

“It had a pool, even though I didnt get to use it. Hottub was not working, but the air conditioning was working but no instructions on how to use it”
