“I really enjoyed this property in Richmond. The check in was super easy and the fenced backyard was a dream for my two dogs. I brought my elderly mom who had no trouble getting into the property since there wasn't more than two steps at both the front and back entrances. The entire property was spotless, no bugs or dirt anywhere! Decorated beautifully, with a bathroom for each bedroom. The best part was the convenient offstreet parking in the back of the property. I'm not sure about everyone……

“We had an amazing stay! This was perfect for transporting our soldier to his AIT at Fort Lee. It is 5.3 miles from the base, so we were granted a Family Pass for the weekend. This is a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a Food Lion right down the street, and a nice backyard for grilling and chilling with our Soldier. Wilcox Lake is close by too for Fishing! There are window units for AC, but they do a great job at keeping the house nice and cool. The Corn Hole was a big hit! And all the TVs were……

“Lovely property in a great location! House was clean and well-kept, and the back yard/patio was lovely! Enjoyed our stay in Church Hill and will hopefully be back next time we're in RVA. ”

“There is a very easy check-in process. The host, in particular Mara, had outstanding communication before our stay and during the stay. The house is very clean and the master bath is excellent. The kitchen is set up nicely. The hot tub was great. Their is a deck that is right off ofbthe sunroom/living room. Great property for dogs if you are bringing furry family members.”

“This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!”

“Really neat experience. Beautiful sunset! The owner met us there and showed us on the boat for a tour. Even offered to let us use the “party” deck on their other boat a couple slips away. Super nice couple. The interior had a warm and cozy vibe. Fast internet. I have not one complaint. ”
