"Location and safety is very good. Hotel amenities also fantastic. However, the only dissatisfaction is the level that I stayed on 13th floor and the room I lived in for 2 nights still have cigarette smell despite it being a non smoking floor. Hope this situation improves. "

"The check-in process was very difficult because the hotel said they did not have my reservation. It required a chat with a Hotels.com representative, then they called me to offer a solution, then I called them back and asked if we could try once more to make this hotel work, which was successful. The room was small, but I didn't expect much when I booked the small room, but the room had everything you needed. Chair, cabinet, kitchen sink kitchen countertop, shower and clean bathroom with hot water. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked good. Overall it was a good stay."
