Geneva and Peter have thought of every creature comfort you might want, whether it's what you want or what you might have forgotten. The location is ideal. I noticed in the guest book how many people wanted to move there. We are two more. If we need to return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. Quiet. Private. Airy. Cozy. “Charming cottage. From the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly impressed by how inviting and well-maintained the cottage was. The place was nicely decorated, cleanly, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. It was exactly what you’d hope for in a gateway. The location couldn’t be better just minutes away from downtown Middleburg and surrounded by beautiful countryside and local wineries. It was especially fun greeting the neighbors horses down the road on a beautiful autumn……

“Mary's Alpacas, Rolling Hills & Starry Night was delightful! We loved our stay in this cozy, beautiful cottage. The host was amazing! Mary was so welcoming & warm. The scenery offered serenity & peace. The animals were beautiful. It was wonderful to walk along the lanes with the leaves changing and the night sky was gorgeous. The Farm Shop held all sorts of alpaca treasures! We loved this place and hope to stay with Mary again!”
