"We enjoyed the best week with our family at this beach house! There was plenty of space for all the kiddos and doggos to make memories and have fun. When we weren’t at the beach, we spent most of our time on the giant wrap around porch listening to the ocean and enjoying the breeze. The view from the top balcony was unmatched— waking up to a beach sunrise every morning was the best. We would absolutely stay again!"

"The living space was so large and wonderful for our families. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever had. We tend to cook in and have family dinners so the equipment and kitchen space was great! 2 coffee pots for all our coffee drinkers was clutch! The pool was great as was the heated hot tub. The outdoor grill was great for our grill outs. The front porch was so peaceful to watch the sunrise in the mornings and watch for porpoises and wildlife. We actually saw a SpaceX launch from the roof top! Since my daughter is a yoga instructor we did yoga on the roof with the matts and blocks that were there at the house. Our only draw back was the 4 bedrooms upstairs had to share one bathroom. We made it work by using the master bath as a community bathroom. Definitely a 5 star location for the beach and it is so private just about 1/4 mile flat walk then down some rocks to the beach. We spent a day in historic St Augustine which is about 30 minute drive."

"Relaxed, homey feel — kind of like a beach cabin. Not fancy but comfortable, clean, and very private. Couldn’t be closer to the beach! You are literally on it! Loved that we could have our dog with us. And she loved it! Because of the inlet, you have about a half mile of private beach, if you want to go for a long walk or beach ride, you can go out the front door and cross the bridge (has walled separation for walkers but there are a lot of people fishing, especially on the east side) to get to the other side and walk or ride all the way to St Augustine.A couple of recommendations for owner: new set of silverware (really low on spoons) and new upgraded pillows (although the beds were comfy, and the pull-out beds in the living room were very cool!) Barry, the host, was attentive and helpful."

"The property was great, we had 10 people in our stay and the house and grounds was plenty big enough, never ran out of hot water with everyone taking showers some at the same times Super close and easy access to the beach along with plenty of of chairs and umbrellas to use! We stayed in late April and opted to use the heat for pool and spa, which was a good choice as it did get a little chilly/windy a few of the evenings. Highly recommend this place and Alina the property manager I was in contact with was very friendly, extremely responsive and seemed genuinely concerned that our stay be pleasant and enjoyable. Which it absolutely was!"

"We loved our stay at Sea Horse Haven! It was so close to Matanzas Inlet and the beach and we walked to both every day. It was also VERY pet-friendly - we could let the dogs run free outside without having to worry about them at all since the entire property is double-gated. Decor was adorable, and house had everything we needed. Short easy drive to both the great restaurants and entertainment of St. Augustine as well as shopping and beaches in the Hammock areas south of the rental. We would definitely stay here again. "
