Worst hotel ever, the rooms are old and had cigarette smell, the ac didn’t work properly, the bathroom and the room were not clean properly. There were bugs in the bathroom, the beds were so uncomfortable. I almost go back and sleep in my car; might you I specified I had a baby with me and didn’t even at least give me a room without cigarette smell…

This place is a dump! And hotels.com lied to me—they said they canceled the first night of my stay, and that the hotel would refund me, but the hotel refused to do so.

Older motel kept up reasonably well. My room was small and very basic... no coffee maker, no fridge, etc. Room was clean TV difficult to figure out. I was on 2nd level with no elevator. Overall ok for price.

The motel doesn't provide many amenities. We only has a small package of shampoo plus 2 small bars of soaps in the room. We don't have enough to use for 2 people. No coffee maker and coffee inside the room. The hair dryer doesn't work. One of the switch on the table lamp doesn't work. The bed cover has a tear. The front desk staff tried to do the minimum amount of work.

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. We needed a refrigeration for medical supplies and we were not able to switch rooms unless paying an up charge fee. We checked in late so that was no problem on switching rooms. The elevator was old and needed maintenance. There was water damage on the ceiling of the room that could lead to potential mold if it wasn’t there already. I will never stay there again. The sheets made my skin itch and I hope that I don’t get bedbugs.
