“The price was affordable for timing with the Boston Marathon. It is an excellent neighborhood, the process and communication was great. The interior is just OK but that is what we were expecting. My only suggestion would be a bathroom remodel and get rid of the tub in favor of a small walk in shower. When showering with shampoo etc mounted on the wall it is very restrictive if you are at all above average size. And, shower curtains in general are gross but with the size restriction you can’t……

“We absolutely loved this property! We stayed for my son’s college graduation weekend. The home was spacious, clean and private. The hosts were helpful and accommodating. Thank you for the beautiful memories made!”

“We did not receive information on how to enter the property until we arrived and called the owner. There was a lot of poison ivy growing in our parking area.”

“The 2nd floor apartment is very modern and beautifully maintained. The beds were super comfortable! It was nice having TVs in every bedroom, plus a very large tv in the living room. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and we felt safe both inside and outside of the building. Jenny was very responsive!”

“The host was very communicative and obviously has tried to make this unit a reasonable place to have people stay. However, the layout of the place was not ideal. They turned a front sitting room into a bedroom, but it doesn't really work well. Further, that room smelled like marijuana our whole stay (1-night). It connected to the stairwell up to the units above, and my guess is that those people just smoke weed all day/night and it's impacting this unit. Further, the outside of the house is……

“The house was located in a quiet, nice, pleasant, neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The house was located near all kinds of stores, pharmacy’s, and good restaurants. I’d I had to make a negative comment it would be that all the bedrooms were on the second floor which was tough for two of our party. The property owner was quick to respond to questions we had. Overall, a very pleasant stay.”

“Super cute cabin. It was winter so we didn’t get to see a lot of the lake/property but everything was very comfortable and Jim was a fantastic host. Would definitely stay again! ”
