You're just a short drive away from golf, horse-back riding, surf lessons, scuba diving, ziplining, etc. Walk along the Princeville path to see the sunset or visit a resort for a cocktail. Sandpiper was one of the first condominium spilt in Princeville and many locals reside there, working, going to school, etc. guests can experience a real local vibe. That being said, there are units upstairs and on both sides so visitors seeking a tranquil respite would be better off in a private residence.
