Enjoy the awe-inspiring views of the Pacific Ocean and the north end of Hanalei Bay with Mt. Makana in the background. The views from Pali Ke Kua 224 are indescribable. Sit on the lanai and enjoy the spectacular sunsets, relax and read a book, and watch the humpback whales go by in the winter. Guests can spot the endemic Hawaiian Nene geese as they wander through the grounds.
This condo is tastefully decorated with many of the comforts of home. This condo is perfect for a family or a small group of friends. The suite also has two updated bathrooms for guests' convenience. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and a well-equipped kitchen.
There is a large community pool and jacuzzi for your enjoyment. The on-site restaurant offers convenience when you don’t want to cook. This suite is also conveniently located on Kauai’s North Shore, close to the Princeville Shopping Center, the Princeville Hotel, and beaches like Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach. There is also a pathway down to Hideaway Beach where you can enjoy sunbathing and snorkeling.
This is a truly delightful condo located in Paradise!

The best views!!!
This property was incredible. You can’t beat the view. We watched people find spots for the sunset and you can just sit on your lanai. The property was very well kept as was the whole unit. We wanted low-key and this property was just that. The pool was perfect as well with enough sun and shade. We WILL be staying here when we come back next year. So many amazing memories created here

Just like photos
Tastefully decorated house full of books and games, well-equipped kitchen, nice showers, comfortable beds, inviting deck that makes it easy to spend time there. Good location in between Hanalei and points south like Kapa'a (don't miss the Ahi Lele fire show). For birders: I saw an albatross and a red-footed booby right off of the balcony, and a pair of crested cardinals come to visit. Notes: be careful on the interior steps because it's easy to miss the bottom step if you're not paying attention, and look for the kitchen/dining room light switch at the end of the countertop, over the side facing the deck. All photos were taken from within the property.

Great View but in some ways disappointed
Nice condo, great views. Two negatives:- There is a TV but no cable or streaming accounts (thus no content to watch). If you already have your own streaming accounts you can add the Condo's TV as one of your devices, but if you don't you are out of luck. Normally not a problem (who watches TV on vacation); unless it rains solidly for your entire stay.-Community hot tub is over chlorinated and the water is murky.From a price point of view, there are better places to stay in Princeville for the money, although the view from the unit's lanai is pretty incredible.

Spectacular setting; beautiful condo
Spectacular setting with beautiful views. Unit is lovely and well-equipped. We had a minor maintenance issue at arrival which was promptly resolved the next morning. Glorious hiking and beaches.

Should Always Be a 5, but…
Pali Ke Kua Unit 224 should always be a 5 star rating. Well appointed unit ( furnishing, appliances, kitchen ware, linens, etc). Very clean. No bugs. Absolutely gorgeous direct ocean views including the Makana Mountains and Bali Hai). Very comfortable unit. I gave it a 4 star because when we checked in we discovered 4 annoying maintenance issues- bathroom sink didn’t drain, shower didn’t drain, lanai sliding door didn’t open and a bi-fold closet door track was broken. These were fixed before we left, but each of these were obviously a problem for a while. Despite the annoyances I would highly recommend this unit. And I would absolutely rent this unit again.

Magnificent View!
The view is absolutely amAzing!!! The condo is very pleasantly decorated, and has mostly everything one could need.
When looking for the beach chairs - the doorknob fell off at first pull and it was hard to open the bifold door. Once open, we were disappointed to find heavy, metal, unadjustable chairs in long carrying bags. We had to rent 2 Tommy Bahama chairs in Hanalei. Please "splurge" and get those for your renters.
The 2 story condo next door was being completely renovated during our entire stay, we were not informed beforehand. As we like to be out and about most of the day, it wasn't a huge problem, but it would have been much more peaceful without all the noise from early morning into each evening.
The rest of this review concerns Vacasa as management. The foam mattress that Vacasa seems to have in most condos on Kauai are extremely uncomfortable, making for backaches most days, all 3 here are the same. But the biggest issue was no hot water in the showers for 3 evenings. We called each time immediately and were told someone would get back to us the following day. We were not contacted until late day on the 5th day following our 1st call. By then we had hot water so it was a moot point. We were extremely upset at the lack of response from Vacasa for several days. Not acceptable!

Island getaway
Can’t say enough about this place! It was beautiful, the views outstanding! We loved walking to the private beaches… we could have honestly stayed here for weeks! The condo had everything you could need! We didn’t cook, as we weren’t here for long enough but loved having the option. My husband and I would love to come back!
Only thing, super minor and honestly our fault, but wish there was more info in the welcome book. That mentioned the closet upstairs with all the beach goodies. We didn’t see it until we left. It was just the two of us, so we didn’t really go upstairs. Perhaps we missed it in the notes, but would love that to be a highlight!
Thank you for letting us use the beautiful rental! I truly hope we can return.

Fantastic stay!
We stayed in this unit during our children's Spring Break holiday, and it was fantastic! The unit was clean, well-appointed and had everything we needed for a fun vacation on Kauai, including beach chairs and beach towels. The view is amazing, and we spent almost every evening watching the sunset. We are planning to stay here again next year!

The property is beautifully maintained and the location is superb. The condo itself has accurate pictures, the beds were very comfortable, and it was cool and relaxing in March with multiple fans, vented windows, high ceilings and good ventilation.
