Vi havde et superfint ophold - meget imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale, stort værelse med alt, vi skulle bruge i gåafstand til centrum. Super parkeringsservice. Andre har nævnt kaffen til morgenmaden og den må vi også fremhæve: den er helt fantastisk og indtil nu bedste kaffe vi har fået på tværs af syv lande i Østeuropa og Balkan.

I originally planned to stay for just one night, but I decided to extend my stay because the hotel was so welcoming and comfortable. The staff are very well trained, always attentive, and genuinely kind. The breakfast was very satisfying, and the excellent hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt - ob beim Frühstück oder mit dem Parken, sowie dem Wäscheservice! Wir fanden das Frühstück sehr gut, die Lage zur Stadtmitte ebenso. Wir hätten uns evtl. noch eine Steckdose mehr und einen zusätzlichen Haken für die Handtücher im Badezimmer gewünscht. Und vielleicht noch eine bessere Möglichkeit, das Zimmer abzudunkeln.

Staying at Hotel Begolli really made my 5-day vacation to Kosovo exceptional. The hotel was extremely well-maintained, clean, and quiet with exceptionally friendly, helpful and sincere staff. Unser Zimmer war super, sehr sauber und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt sehr zentral & Fußläufig überall leicht zu erreichen. Das Hotelpersonal ist immer für Fragen da und hat unsere Wünsche sofort ungesetzt. Das Personal konnte man 24/7 erreichen egal was man braucht.

I was very satisfied with the service. Everything was clean, well-organized, and exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pristina. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience stand out was the incredible friendliness of the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with anything I needed. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel at home right away. It’s rare to come across such consistently kind and professional service. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pristina—I would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Begolli made me want to come back to Kosovo. Pristina is a beautiful, peaceful city with kind and welcoming people, where time seems to slow down, allowing you to truly relax and appreciate everything the city has to offer. The warm hospitality I received made this trip even more special. I highly recommend that people visit Kosovo, and when they do, Hotel Begolli is an excellent place to stay. The hotel was spotless, communication was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Location is good but rooms are insufficient

The hotel is located close to the center, the breakfast was enough to fill your stomach. The air conditioning and WiFi were working well. But there was nothing in the room. There were no slippers, drinking water, tea, cups, laundry bags, nothing. There was only 1 water glass and a kettle. Even though I used that glass, it was not changed when it was room cleaned. It was very mediocre for a 4-star hotel.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre avec une belle vue sur la ville avec un emplacement au centre . Le petit déjeuner était médiocre pour un hôtel 4* soit disant . Il n’y a même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre ni stick de café ni bouilloire. Manque de communication du personnel si ils sont sollicités. Manque de convivialité. J’étais déçue !!!
