Unser Zimmer war super, sehr sauber und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt sehr zentral & Fußläufig überall leicht zu erreichen. Das Hotelpersonal ist immer für Fragen da und hat unsere Wünsche sofort ungesetzt. Das Personal konnte man 24/7 erreichen egal was man braucht.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pristina. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience stand out was the incredible friendliness of the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with anything I needed. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel at home right away. It’s rare to come across such consistently kind and professional service. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pristina—I would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful experience. They arranged a pick up from the airport, gave me local tips and made a beautiful breakfast each day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Location is good but rooms are insufficient

The hotel is located close to the center, the breakfast was enough to fill your stomach. The air conditioning and WiFi were working well. But there was nothing in the room. There were no slippers, drinking water, tea, cups, laundry bags, nothing. There was only 1 water glass and a kettle. Even though I used that glass, it was not changed when it was room cleaned. It was very mediocre for a 4-star hotel.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre avec une belle vue sur la ville avec un emplacement au centre . Le petit déjeuner était médiocre pour un hôtel 4* soit disant . Il n’y a même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre ni stick de café ni bouilloire. Manque de communication du personnel si ils sont sollicités. Manque de convivialité. J’étais déçue !!!

Decent hotel

Friendly helpful staff and lovely big room. Slightly dated decor but I enjoyed the charm of that. Bit limited in breakfast options. Handy location for lots of shops and not too far to walk to many restaurant area.

This is a very nice hotel. Not many rooms, but great service. In an older part of town, but extremely nice inside. Worth more than the asking price and a great value.

Good location to city center. 10 minute walk. Very helpful and friendly. Same breakfast each morning... omelette, etc. They have good taxi connections at a bit better price—E13 from airport. Taxi always within 5 minutes. Thick towels. Very clean. 4 star to me.
