Beautiful property

The villa was immaculate and the wellness room a real treat with stunning views. We were an easy walk to the coast and if you’re feeling energetic you can walk to Nin. The scenery is stunning. Very friendly people. It was good to stay somewhere where there were lots of locals. Will definitely be going back.

Great villa in an excellent location

Modern and well equipped property. Great experience from booking through to check out. Nin only 10 min drive away, beautiful old walled city located on an island, good choice of quality restaurants. Ana and Zdenko were very prompt in their communications and were very helpful. Enjoyed the pool and wellness suite.

Absolutely beautiful home! Very beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a family stay. My family and I stayed there for 2 weeks and we were a total of 4 adults and 3 children. The pool is awesome! Very private location and house is close to everything. Nobody bothers you and you can just relax. The owners were fantastic people! Fabulous Vacation

What an amazing Villa this is. Spacious, modern, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Ana is a great host with good communication and guidance. The area is outstanding. It was our first stay in this part of Croatia but will definitely not be our last. Nin, Vir and Pag are beautiful. The beaches are very clean with great facilities. Zadar is a lovely city especially the old town and is 25 minutes away by car. Many thanks Ana.

Beautiful people, beautiful house 😍

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. Ana was in contact with us from the morning of our arrival, we were greeted by Ana and Zdenko with smiley faces and were given a tour of the house. They had provided us with some generous welcome gifts, like fresh almonds fruit, and toiletries, which made us feel at home straight away. We were delighted to find the beds were super comfortable, and bathrooms were luxurious. Ana and Zdenko was prompt with their replies with any questions raised during our stay. The wellness spa area was a favourite of ours, and the views out to the mountains were amazing, we spent a lot of time there watching the beautiful sunsets. The location was great for exploring some of the lovely beaches, in the area, and not to far from great bakeries and delicious takeaways. We hope one day to come back again. Thankyou to Ana and Zdenko for making us feel most welcome 💕

Schöne Villa mit gravierenden Mängel

Die Villa ist innen schön aber bei Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt das der Jacuzzi defekt ist. Leider funktionierte die Poolheizung dann auch nicht. U s wurde zwar ständig vermittelt das der Pool die korrekte Temperatur hat aber nachdem wir ein Thermometer gekauft haben war das Thema geklärt. Im Nachhinein wurde gesagt wir hätten etwas verstellt. Das ist definitiv nicht der Fall gewesen. Wir haben einen Teil erstattet bekommen aber insgesamt hat es unseren Urlaub versaut. abnachdem

Schönes Hause / perfekte Gastgeberin

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen für 2 Wochen in Anas Haus. Die Größe des Hauses und auch der Schlafzimmer war komplett ausreichend. Die Fotos sind realistisch, insofern muss man zur hochwertigen Ausstattung gar nichts schreiben. Fußläufig sind 2 Restaurants, innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto findet man in Nin eine große Auswahl von Restaurants und auch einen Supermarkt. Ana als Gastgeberin war für uns immer zu erreichen und hat offene Fragen innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet. Das war perfekt. Vielen Dank!

Gepfuschte Unterkunft - Achtung Abzocke

Das gesamte Haus befindet sich in einem schlechten Zustand. In jedem Zimmer gibt es Pfützen durch kaputte Rohre, die Duschen funktionieren nicht richtig und an vielen Stellen erkennt man, dass die Bauarbeiten an dem Haus nur Pfusch und von keinem Profi gemacht wurden. Dazu kommt, dass die Vermietung im nachhinein willkürlich Schäden entdeckt und verrechent hat, welche es nicht gab. Kann die Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Villa und freundliche Besitzerin

Wir waren eine Gruppe von sechs Freunden und hatten einen sehr schönen und coolen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen sehr modern und top ausgestattet. Um uns herum waren die Häuser noch nicht fertig gestellt, wodurch wir ungestört Musik hören konnten und auf niemanden Rücksicht nehmen mussten. Der Ort an sich ist sehr klein, jedoch ist eine Eisdiele, Bäcker und kleines Restaurant Vorort. Die nächstgelegene größere Stadt Zadar ist in ca. 25 min zu erreichen. Dort gibt es schöne Restaurants und auch ein paar Gelegenheiten, um feiern zu gehen. Leider sind jedoch durch Corona die Nachtaktivitäten sehr eingeschränkt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Ein super Urlaub

Wir durften zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein riesiger Grill und ein toller Pool. Die Vermieterin und Alle die sich mit um das Haus kümmern sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen kann man immer anrufen. Leider mussten wir aufgrund einen Unfalls etwas früher abreisen. Das verlief völlig problemlos und Ana bot uns sofort ihre Hilfe an. Danke an Ana und das Team. Bis hoffentlich bald. Grüße aus Deutschland.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einem schönen Haus

Das Haus bietet alles was zu einem erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird. Das Haus ist für den Aufenthalt mit 6 Personen ausgelegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. In der näheren Umgebung findet man viele Supermärkte und auch die Wege zu den Stränden sind sehr kurz. Wir haben uns alle rundum Wohl gefühlt! Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen

Gemütlicher Familienurlaub in Privlaka

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus von Ana. Sie war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, hat uns am Haus mit einem Präsentkorb empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus befindet sich nicht ca. 50 m vom Meer entfernt wie auf der Karte angezeigt sondern recht nah an einer Landstraße , woran man sich aber schnell gewöhnt. Der Atmosphäre tut dies keinen Abbruch, denn der Blick vom Aussenbereich in die Baumkronen wenn die Bura weht ist phänomenal. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Vor allem Grillecke, das Spa mit dem Whirlpool und natürlich der Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das saubere Domizil ist für ruhige und entspannte Urlaube mit der Familie geeignet. Privlaka ist ein kleiner Ort 30 min von Zadar entfernt, in dem nicht der Bär steppt, aber man findet alles was man benötigt. In der Nebensaison September sind nur wenige Restaurants und Cafés geöffnet. Alles in allem ist Anas Haus sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Ana ist als Gastgeberin wirklich jederzeit bei Fragen sofort erreichbar. Weiteres war dies einer der schönsten Urlaube. DieLage ist perfekt wenn man absolute Ruhe genießen will und trotzdem ist das meiste in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub, da es auch in der Unterkunft an nichts mangelt und die Villa perfekt eingerichtet ist. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an ANA für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft. Hierher kommen wir auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wunderschöne Villa, jedoch mit einem kleinen Aber...

Liebe Ana, vielen lieben Dank für den tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Villa Ana. Wir haben die 2 Wochen bei euch sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, modern und total klassisch eingereichtet. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Jedoch haben wir uns das Haus an sich für den Preis größer vorgestellt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und vollkommen ausreichend für 6 Personen. Er wird regelmäßig von zwei netten Männern gepflegt und sauber gemacht. Die Temperatur ist sehr angenhmen mit rund 29 Grad. Der Whirlpool ist gerade am Abend ebenfalls ein echtes Highlight, jedoch war dieser sehr schmutzig und wir mussten ihn erstmal reinigen, bis wir ihn benutzen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Ana ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir konnten zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit Fragen stellen. Der Service war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Wir möchten uns hiermit auch nochmals bei dir liebe Ana bedanken. Das die Lage nicht wirklich opitmal für junge Leute war, war uns bei der Buchung bereits gewusst. Wir haben jedoch gedacht, dass etwas mehr los ist. Aber irgendwo muss man eben auch mal Abstriche machen. Alles in allem, ist das Haus wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, jedoch muss nochmals gesagt werden, dass der Preis für uns zu hoch angesetzt ist. Ganz liebe Grüße
