「Great quiet community, close to shopping and restaurants. A nice place to stay with great communication! Will most definitely stay here again in the future. 」

「The only problem we had was that the sink was stopped up in the bathroom but we just used the kitchen sink. That happens! Nice place. Very quiet and convenient! Would stay here again.」

「I was offered a different place on the day of my check-in. The unit I booked was on the 2nd floor, but the unit I received was on the fourth floor. The issues: This is next to a Railroad track and the trains during the night blow their whistles. At least 4 times after 10 pm and during the night. The AC system is not working, there is an AC unit full of dust by the window and a floor fan, which I ended up using. There's a lot of dust and dirt by the floors near the windows. Toilet bowl was...

「I wasn't all that impressed with the cleanliness of the room when I arrived but our host was gracious and eager to make things right away. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Will come back!」

「Perfect spot for my needs. I am a retired traveler, and this place had everything I needed. The photos are accurate, the apartment was very clean, and everything worked properly. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance (the Thai restaurant in the building was a huge bonus). It is in walking distance of the Capitol Building, the sculpture garden, and Gray's Lake. It is on a major surface road, but there was zero noise in the apartment....

「Long story short, don't waste your money. The unit smelled of smoke and was dirty when I arrived. I looked closer and noticed the place wasn't even clean one bit. The bathrooms were dirty and gross; I could tell it hadn't been touched because the sinks had hair and grime in them, as did the showers. There were only 2 body towels per room when I signed up for 6 guests. No clean dishes; the hand soap was watered down and damn near out of soap in each bathroom and the kitchen! The host did...

「Check-in and communication was great and the place was very clean. However, we were disappointed that we were only given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for each of us. We were staying for 2 weeks! This led to having to do laundry only to find there wasn’t enough detergent for even half a load. We ended up having to purchase additional towels which we left behind for the next guests. I’ve stayed at quite a few VRBO’s and have never run into this before.」

「First we had a hard time checking in. It’s unclear which of the 3 buildings to enter and our security code didn’t work. While we did get a customer service agent on the phone quickly, it was difficult to understand them. It took several tries to get a working code. And then the apartment. Yuck. The carpet had stains or burns or something - very dirty. When we sat on the couch and it was dirty. There were barely enough towels for the 3 of us - it was dirty and gross. They agreed on the phone to...

「Showed up to soaking wet towels, but folded on the bed for some reason. Dryer did not work properly and towels were still wet three hours later. Was very late to reservation made a month before. Host offered to bring new towels "Tomorrow", even though we were only staying one night. Host stopped responding after problem persisted... Street parking was extremely limited, There is a massive construction project directly in front of the apartment complex.I would look elsewhere for...
