「Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again!」

「This place was great. I read some of the previous reviews and besides a couple of very small pieces of trim missing and a few drywall cosmetic holes from nails it is exactly as described. Found our lock box with no problems, all codes and keys worked perfect. The location is amazing, right above Hello Marjories for an easy craft cocktail! Fresko, Centro, and Django all an easy walk. Will def stay again. 」

「Absolutely amazing spot! The room was stocked with dishes and toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I was a huge fan of having live plants in the room. It was such a great stay and host communication was exceptional! I could go on and on about how much I loved this trip. It will definitely be a vacation my husband and I talk about for years to come. 」

「This place was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and 3 children.Plenty of room to spread out. We could be upstairs and cook, eat and hang out or be chilling in the basement playing pool or watching a movie.Home and kitchen was well stocked and even included complimentary coffee! The two sets of washers and dryers for laundry in the basement is a great idea for larger groups!The owner was easy to contact and was very helpful. Apparently the previous guest may have lost or misplaced the key...

「We had a fun time staying at this house. We visited downtown Des Moines and had a great time at Adventureland. The only suggestion would be to have some dish towels in the kitchen. The arcade games, ping pong table and skee-ball were popular with the kids. 」

「There were several issues. The lock box with the keys couldn't be opened, no one knew the code. The automatic deadbolt lock wouldn't open with number pad and could not be fixed remotely. An employee came to building to help and had me download app and it worked but took over 2 hours to get things working and I was late to an engagement. The TV never worked even with texts and calls made to report it. I was told someone would be fixing that and the microwave but they never showed. 」
