Vous êtes responsable de la situation car vous ne m’avez pas prévenu que l’empreinte de ma carte allait se retrouver en les mains d’une entreprise.J’ai eu un différend avec cette entreprise qui me réclamait 1000 de caution.C’était marqué nul part le montant de la caution, je n’aurai jamais validé la carte pour ce logement.J’ai appelé l’entreprise qui ne m’a jamais répondu ou rappelé.De plus je n’y ai pas séjourné et j’ai dû trouver un autre logement.Je désire le remboursement d’autant que sur le prélèvement il y a un montant de 43.5 de nettoyage!

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein bisschen Dekoration wie Z.B. Bilder etc. Würden die Unterkunft gemütlicher machen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Pool nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Alles bestens, wir würden wieder buchen.
