In a new luxury residence, quiet and ideally located, in the immediate vicinity of shops and all amenities, this rental will offer you all the comfort you need for your holidays.
You will immediately be seduced by its high-end American kitchen, open to a bright living room extended by a very large terrace with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean. The perfect place for your outdoor meals and moments of relaxation.
You will find a bedroom with a 140 bed and a second with two 90 beds. A modern bathroom with toilet, as well as a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine + dryer).
A parking space in the basement of the residence completes this property.
