「Whenever I booked the room it said that it had continental breakfast but Whenever we checked in, the guy who checked us in told us that there was no housekeeping service and that there was no breakfast, only coffee and muffins. Oh and that if we needed towels we needed to take the ones we had in the room and exchanged them at the front desk. Oh another thing, swimming pool and hot tub were very dirty. It was across the train station so that was very nice.」

「Our room had a very musty smell when we arrived. We had our dog with us and the room we were given had some old stains on the carpet. The room just felt dirty when you walked in. The sliding glass door to go outside didn’t shut all of the way, there was about an inch gap at the top. There were bolts and screws lying on the air conditioner, not sure from what.」

「The website is misleading. It shows a restaurant and doesn’t mention anything about qualityinn. It also doesn’t mention that it’s an extended stay motel, which breeds transient people. As far as Client❤️ lines, there is a vape pen left up next to the TV. It was very noisy, the hotel clerk failed to mention I could’ve picked a quieter area.」
