Everyone can enjoy beautiful Lake Murray. Fishermen, launch your boat at Dreher Lake State Park or dock it here (we can accommodate boats up to 20')
Bring the fish to the full kitchen to fry up for dinner or, cook on the charcoal grill. Families, enjoy the waterfront and game room in this unique barn. Couples, enjoy quiet time at the lake. Experience the view from the balcony with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. You have full use of the barn.

First floor includes a kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner stovetop, refrigerator and small appliances (no dishwasher or free standing oven). The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare any meal and the grocery is 12 minutes away. There is a bar with 4 stools for meals, living area with TV, pull out sectional (sleeps 2 people) and full bath. Second floor features a bedroom, (sleeps 2, can be made up as a king or twins) 1/2 bath, work space and balcony. Enjoy the lake view from the balcony.

This is great spot for children. Rental includes use of kayak, paddle board, water toys and boat dock. Enjoy the dock for swimming and boating. This newly constructed space is within a private barn and the game space includes a basketball hoop, ping pong, corn hole, darts and golf toys for rainy days! It is seconds from the barn to the waters edge.

The main house is on the property but we are retired and you will find your space very private. We are close by in case you need us for anything!! We want your vacation to be perfect!

Nearby Dreher Lake State Park has a lakeside hiking trail and a launch spot for larger boats. There are nearby restaurants on the lake and a TikiBar a kayak ride away. Most of all, you will enjoy floating in the water, relaxing on the dock or playing ping pong in the barn. Experience "Lake living" for a weekend getaway or a full week of fun.
