Pernera holiday villa - rentprivatevillas 173 is located in a private gated complex on an exclusive development in Pernera. The complex is accessed by a barrier key fob and sits in a prime position, being only a few minutes stroll to the many shops, bars and restaurants. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac the villa has gated off-road parking. The garden and pool area are fenced off to the front of the property, which makes it very private. The villa compliments the other four properties that we have on the same complex, making it perfect for a number of groups holidaying together (please also view 012, 028 and apartment 175).

This property will amaze you with its splendor. Furnished superbly throughout with a wonderful mix of up to the minute furnishings and colorful decorations. Relax in the cool air conditioning on one of the two comfortable settees; enjoy watching the satellite channels on the flat screen TV. Decorative accessories and flowers add a true touch of class. Patio doors with a blind leads to the front patio of the property and the pool area. The pool benefits from having the sun on it all day long - perfect for any holiday.

The dining area has a large light wooden dining table and six dark wooden chairs to enjoy your family meals together. A decorative lowered light over the table, adds to the property’s style. Further patio doors with a blind lead to the rear patio area. The ground floor also has a convenient w/c.

Prepare your meals or drinks in the fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob and microwave.

Step out onto the private patio where you can enjoy al fresco dining, a large glass table and chairs are provided. Enjoy soaking up the glorious Cypriot sunshine on the sunbeds provided, through the long, hot summer days. There are planted trees and plants around the patio and pool areas which add to the tropical holiday feel. A BBQ completes your outdoor facilities.

Stairs complete with handrail lead to the property’s 1st floor where there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a large family bathroom with shower over bath, a vanity mirror complete with shaving socket and handy under sink storage for your toiletries.

All three bedrooms have matching furniture of bedside cabinets with lamps, fitted wardrobes and windows with blinds.

The master double bedroom benefits from patio doors to the front of the property, which leads onto a private balcony, overlooking the pool. There is also an ensuite shower room with window.

The stairs continue to the 2nd floor of the property where the roof top terrace is equipped with an incredibly cozy lounge, consisting of a rattan table and chairs and is the perfect place to unwind with your glass of wine or ice cooled beer.

This villa is a perfect slice of paradise and the ultimate choice for a refreshing summer holiday.

Lovely holiday villa

The villa was amazing very clean great facilities in a great location close to amenities The pool good size would defo go again my only downside is the front could be made to be more private as pool in front but would not put me off going again
