"Liked the room except for the rest room the toilet was very hard to get back up if your tall. I had to help my wife off it and it was very hard for me I used the tub and sink to get up. I'm 73 and my wife is 78 years old."

"The property was acceptable and at a good price. The office area smelled like cigarette smoke, which should be unacceptable. An air freshener would have helped eliminate the smell. There were air freshener plug ins in the outlets but they were empty."

"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a great experience overall. We had a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a large bathroom with a stand-up shower and large tub. The room was very clean, and we had zero issues with check-in or anything else during our stay. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. The only slightly negative thing was that the AC seemed to struggle a bit in the evenings—but that may be in part that it was extremely hot all weekend. The only other thing worth mentioning is about check-out. When we checked in, we were told to leave our key cards on the counter and call to let them know we were checking out. I called as we were leaving and the woman I spoke to on the phone seemed a little annoyed that we’d been told to do it that way. She wasn’t rude, just seemed a bit irritated. After reading other reviews, it seems like this happens fairly often. It would be helpful if all staff communicated the same check-out process to avoid confusion. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning for future visits!"

"Our stay was so lovely! From the lobby to the rooms, everything was designed to make you feel you were in another part of the world, so charming! Staff were unbelievably kind. Me and my wife stayed during the Hozier rescheduled concert July 22. I called ahead to see if we would be able to check in early, due to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena's ongoing issues, and the staff worked with us to make sure we could check in at 11AM. Not only that, when we returned to the hotel after the concert, a staff member had free cold waters and pizza waiting for everyone. We also were able to eat some food before the concert at the Downing Street Pour House, which was absolutely incredible--I am still dreaming about those fries, perfectly seasoned and crunchy. We will definitely be back whenever we next return to Branson. The only criticism I have is the room was a little warm, but to be fair our stay was during a heat advisory and 100 degree July weather. "
