The pool and jacuzzi was a real treat at the end of the day and the front desk staff were always helpful and smiling. Overall an amazing week - thank you. "

"We stayed in a house-keeping unit (with kitchen, balcony, etc.). There was a lovely heated pool with a great view. The location was very convenient for excursions into the mountains (GREAT hiking a short drive away!!). We made our own meals, but the for-fee breakfast seemed pretty good (from what we saw). The laundry facilities were 2 washers (no dryers??), shared with the hotel cleaning staff. We decided against using them. We had to ask for dish detergent, dish cloth, and dry cloth,...

"Hotel was great location, parking was full but big car park down the hill, only complaint was that they should not charge to use spa after 10am that’s naughty as you want it after the slopes"

"Housekeeping was efficient. All staff extremely helpful. Sylveriene on reception was empathic and helpful on arrival and to help us search for a physiotherapist to help with a fall on the slopes. The property itself is comfortable with all essentials and an unbeatable location."
