“You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant……

“When the studios are pictured on the internet, the view is of the front of the building. Many of the studios are in the rear that looks more like row tenement housing. Very poor advertising. ”

“Don’t book here,unless you wanna gamble your whole vacation.This host had the audacity to cancel our booking one hour before our departure.We literally were about to check in our luggage 4am in the morning when we luckily checked our mail inbox and saw the message that got sent 2.30 am .We had to improvise,also support was not available so we had to book somewhere else very quick.At the end ,the compensation covered only a third of our extra costs,so NO we can NOT recommend this host or this……

“Host never contacted us back with check in instructions nor would answer our calls when we arrived at the airport so we had to book a different place to stay. I will be calling for a refund. ”

“Took almost 2 hours before I heard from the host to check in. The room looked clean until you turn the lights on, roaches everywhere. Silverware rusty sheets and pillow case dirty. ”

“Great location, must check out Mary’s kitchen and the conch shack!”
