Great Experience

This house is nice. We had 3 couples share the house. Lots of room, nice house, easy in and out. And it’s nice to be on the water. I will definitely use this house in the future.

It is a very beautiful island. We explored the shipwreck right outside the channel on jet skies, hiked pirates cove, snorkeled around iguana island and enjoyed the beautiful waters. Will definitely be back!!

Exceptional Stay at Second Wind!

Celebrating our anniversary at Second Wind was one of the best decisions we have ever made. If we could give this villa 10 stars we would. The private gated community was everything we had hoped for. The attention to detail far exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Everything you could ever want was already at the Villa for your convenience. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living space, private pool and Kayaks. Being able to end your day relaxing in the private pool was a real treat. It was private yet so close to restaurants and beautiful beaches. If you are planning on family vacations, a honeymoon, friends get away, we highly suggest you seriously check our Second Wind. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely chose Second Wind again when we return to Turks and Caicos. I might add… the Concierge and Amy and Mark Goode were fabulous hosts. Always available to answer any questions we had. To say our stay was fabulous is an understatement! Could not find a thing!

Exceptional Customer Service

The Second Wind Villa was even more beautiful in person!!! We had no issues with the villa until the 2nd night. The air conditioining units in both rooms that were located upstairs went out on the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th night. The property manager with TKCA, I forgot her name, was very responsive and had a maintenance guy come out pretty quickly each time we called. TKCA eventually upgraded us to another villa , Moringa Villa, which was much bigger than our original villa. There was no additional cost for the upgrade, TKCA also gave us a 30% discount on our original purchase, and 2 complimentary bottles of wine due to the inconvience. TKCA went above and beyond to ensure our visit was not affected by the issues with the AC. We would definitely recommend this host to anyone visting Turks & Caicos, they were very professional and they truly care about their customers!!!
