Shutters Villa was exceptionally clean and in a beautiful setting on the water. Judy met us on arrival with a smile, and was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The location is lovely and peaceful while still being close to Grace Bay Beach and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and recommend it highly!

Great host and beautiful views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our host Judy was so responsive to all our questions and requests. The home was comfortable and had many places for our group to spend time together. Definitely need a car because beaches are not within walking distance. Overall a great experience.

Judy the host was absolutely amazing. She took care of every single detail for us including making restaurant reservations. The photos do not do the home justice it is simply spectacular with all of the latest upgrades. I will definitely be back! This is the best vacation my family and I have ever had. Please book this villlla you will not be disappointed!!!!. I have booked several homes on VRBO and this is by far my favorite

Excellent stay and Judy was terrific

Judy was great. She met us at the property early and showed us all items. She responded immediately to my texts about the house before, gave recommendations on where to go, and left us a very clean house. We really enjoyed the entire property. Well appointed kitchen. We ate some meals outside in the nice pool area. We grilled one night under the stars. Went on multiple kayaks in Flamingo lake. Everything about the house was very nice and comfortable. Note that because of the location you need to rent a car. This was our plan all along and we visited different beaches and restaurants. Also you are allotted a certain amount for AC so if you leave the house you should turn it off. We ran over $31 which is not a big deal. We had a great time and would not hesitate to return.
