Beautiful getaway!

Waterloo is a gorgeous villa with so many activities for everyone in the family, on a quiet neighborhood street, a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It was perfect for our family with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Well stocked kitchen to make incredible dinners; enjoyed the grill, lounge chairs on silly creek, fire pit, pool, SUP boards and kayaks. Fins, sunscreen, mosquito spray, pool floats and life vests all in the villa when we arrived! Property manager was easy to reach, responsive and helpful with coordinating activities.

Spring Break 2022

Two couple friends and our two 16 year old boys stayed at this amazing home for the week. It was incredible location a little away from the typical crowd but occupied enough to feel very safe! Being on Silly Creek allowed us to use paddle boards and kayaks and a short 2 mile drive to the beach! The property manager responded to a couple of issues quickly as well. And the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and pans to cook. The screened in porch was the highlight along with the firepit! We would love to return! 5 stars!

Turks Thanksgiving and Birthday Trip

Our time on the island is always wonderful and this house was a great choice! The only slight issue we had to work through was the house layout as it says it is a 3 bed 3 bathroom house... Which by technicality it is, but those rooms are just split between two structures. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths whereas the smaller home is a 1 bedroom 1 bath. This layout might actually work perfectly for most people, but for our party, it created some issues we had to work through. Had we known the layout before, we might have chosen another property. That said, our experience was TOP NOTCH and the house and location are amazing. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff was great and all the descriptions and photos were accurate. The house and all its amenities and beautiful views made our trip that much more relaxing and enjoyable.
