Bare minimum. Convenient and nice location, however room felt dirty. Arrived and only 1 bath towel, no face clothes or shower mat, no extra pillow cases for extra pillows. Fine if you’re in and out but even then I would pay more for a nicer spot next time. Unfortunately was a regret. Cleaning staff was lovely but besides that mediocre at best.

The hotel was very clean and the concierge was very nice, and he very personable. We valet parked to avoid having to find a parking garage. The location was very conveniently located, it was a 1 min walk to Time Square.

En voyant tous les mauvais commentaires nous avons eu un peu peur de venir dans cet hôtel. Mais quelle surprise nous avons eu en arrivant! Emplacement idéal, tout est à maximum 30min à pieds, chambre plus que correcte et personnel serviable. Certes il a fallu attendre plus de une heure pour le check in mais je pense que c’est à cause des travaux qui sont désormais finis.
Venez profiter de New York comme il se doit dans ce superbe hôtel!
