「It is unfortunate that the hotel cancelled my accomodation after my reporting at the hotel on the appointed day. I had a confirmed booking at the hotel for 05 May 2019. I reported at the hotel at 14.30 Hrs on 5 may and the person at the reception expressed his inability to provide the accommodation. Thus putting my and my family to terrible inconvenience. 「Such a wonderful hotel at Birgunj. It was truly comfortable and there was selection of 2 types of breakfast. One was South Indian and other being the Indian. Food was amazing Out of all; they provide best Spa in town. Senses Spa and Wellness within Hotel Diyalo Lords. The ambiance was too great. It was a complete relaxation for my body, mind and soul. Highly recommended hotel.」

「We had a decent stay at Clark's Birgunj. Spacious room but the cleanliness and amenities left much to be desired. Good vegetarian breakfast. 」

「値段から考えて多分地域内で一番良いホテルなんだろうから、色々言っても仕方ない気もする。が、要するに田舎の三ツ星クラスのホテル。 入口やロビーはしょぼいが、部屋はとても広いし使いやすい。部屋内に金庫がなく少し困ったが、清潔である。アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸のみ。 併設されたレストランは良く、値段もそれほど高くない。 ショッピングセンターの１Fに位置しているので、細々としたものを買うのも便利。 一点だけ問題は、隣のライブハウスからの騒音がもれなくホテル全体に響き渡り、非常にうるさいこと。 何時までこの騒音は続くのか？とフロントに訊くと2130まで、と答える。 実際にそのくらいの時間で止んだから、良かったが。」
