“This property is very well located close to all in Almeria center Alcazaba is near. Room floor dirty, we have to contact them several time for a leaking in the kitchen sink, also reported shower drain slowly water out, stinking water coming out from a service black water located in the bathroom. First day no WiFi. The fridge full of ice no space to put something in there. Elevator extremely slow. Good bed. There was one glaring exception: the night reception person (and yes, there is only one) who likes to argue at 5am in the morning and then blames me for arguing back. “Room was spacious and clean. Hotel in a quiet location and the pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds. The breakfast was not good, hot food was cold, chipped plates and the tea was not nice. Hotel definitely better for the Spanish and no English entertainment as advertised.”

“El hotel bien, el buffet muy bien, todo iba bien hasta que un día después de llegar vinieran 3 excursiones distintas de niños de viaje de fin de curso, el hotel parecía un patio de colegio, los ratos que coincidían en la piscina te tenias que salir porque era imposible, entiendo que vayan pero por parte del hotel veo mal que alojen a 3 grupos distintos de niños de 12/13 años a la vez, y sin un previo aviso a los que íbamos de vacaciones a estar un poco tranquilos y salir de nuestra rutina porque……

“This is possibly one of the worst hotels in Spain. Everything and I mean everything was awful. The building itself should be condemned or torn down. Ive stayed in Jails that were better than this place. The bathrooms were from the 1980s, the elevators are painfully slow, the pictures in expedia do not match reality, the breakfast and buffy is some of the worst food ever served in Spain. Only stay here if you have low standards or are a poor person and just happy to go on vacation.”

“Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. ”

La habitación está rota, deteriorada y vieja. Los muebles rotos y anticuados. El sofá cama destrozado. La nevera y la caja fuerte de los años 50. Las piscinas sucias y masificadas. La taza del water picada. Óxido en bañera. Las cortinas sucísimas. Las sillas de la terraza desgastadas. La alfombra del pasillo intocable. El comedor……

“We booked this hotel planning to spend time around the pool as depicted. There was no pool as it is being rebuilt. There is no warning of this whatsoever in the hotel description. The staff at breakfast were not at all helpful when ordering or simply asking for basics like milk. Sorry but this isn’t a quality hotel. ”
