We loved the peace & tranquility but it was also a great base to explore Tuscany from - with easy access to Pisa, Lucca, Florence & beyond. "This villa has beautiful views accross the valley. Weather was warm but changeable so the undercover eating area was very relaxing. Lots of room and well equipped. Pool lovely. Car recommended as location very hilly. 10 mins walk downhill to a lovely restaurant (ristorante rina). Water pressure could drop making showers challenging. Very nice housekeeper, Beatrice."

"We have just returned from an absolutely fantastic week here! The location and surroundings more than live up to the description, the views are stunning. The pool was a major highlight for our boys, as was meeting the horses, and Sarita & Mauro were perfect hosts, always contactable for questions on anything. Nature is all around and there are also plenty of nice towns to visit by car not too far away. We’re already talking about if we can come back next year!"
