「The place was cute and very clean. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had」

「Front end staff was super accommodating in arranging taxi to come pick us up in the middle of the night!」

We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「Clean! Nice staffs!」

「Very nice stay all the employees we very kind and helpful … always suggested the best food places to go … Thanks for all」

「Downtown location close to all the attractions. Minutes from the train station. Room was wonderful, staff was amazing and the nicest people. I would recommend this location and hotel to everyone going out of Ravenna. Also it’s walking distance to many wonderful restaurants.」
