“Das Hotel liegt direkt am seicht abfallenden Strand der italienischen Adriaküste, unweit von Ravenna. Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Strandzugang buchen! Vom Zimmer aus hat man über die „eigene“ Terrasse und dem dazugehörigen Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm (privat & inkludiert) direkten Zugang zum Meer. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer völlig OK, und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders das moderne Bad mit einer „Doppeldusche“ ist hervorzuheben. Wenn man ……

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Loved this property. Was convenient for us to shop and dine in Ravenna and walkable to the train station! The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor garden area for sitting with a drink at night. I had a travel party of grandmother/mom/grandson and we all loved the experience! Would highly recommend.”
