“Great stay and easy access to beach and restaurants.”

“Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Just one note: if you are driving into town, be sire to confirm parking situation with front desk. We weren’t given a parking permit upon check in (and didn’t know we needed one), so we ended up parking far away after driving around and looking for parking for some time. The permitted parking for registered guests is actually just a short walk away. Otherwise, the hotel is a short walk from the train station and……

“Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt bei Club del Sole und können den Campingplatz absolut weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal. Alle waren ausnahmslos freundlich, haben einen immer herzlich gegrüßt und sich sichtbar viel Mühe gegeben, damit man sich wohlfühlt. So einen herzlichen Umgang erlebt man nicht überall. Auch die Animation war klasse. Vor allem Martina hat einen super Job gemacht. Man hat gemerkt, mit wie viel Engagement und guter Laune sie……

“I highly recommend Hotel Manuela - from their information with details even before my arrival, to the warm welcome and helpfulness of every member of the team during my stay. Delicious breakfasts, freshly baked pastries/cakes as a treat with a mid-morning coffee, information about local trips etc, plus a spotlessly clean room. It's a short walk to the beach and also only 10/15 minutes to a lovely shady pine forest, plus there are cafe's and restaurants nearby.”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal und gutem Service. Lage, Frühstück und Poolbereich sind sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr bemüht. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.”

“Hotel was okay, cleanliness was suspect. Bedsheets smelled a bit. First room had smoke in it, so had to request a change of room. Customer service was just okay, a bit rude at times, but managable. Can't say enjoyed the stay here. Won't stay again for sure.”
