「Our stay at Albergo Cappello was excellent! We were there for just one night before boarding our cruise out of Ravenna. The room was nice, very cozy, and the personalized breakfast was wonderful. The staff took great care of us, even helping us change our shuttle to pick us up from the hotel instead of the nearby train station so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases in the rain. I was very impressed with the hospitality. Did not have chance to try their wine bar but would in the future.」

「The hotel was in a great location and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room itself was quite large, though the furniture appeared decades old and the bed needs replacing.」

「The room was clean and staff was amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Spouse has special needs and they are very accommodating. Stayed in a beach front room that was great walking out to the sea. Was able to spend 45 min in Terma Pool plus had a massage. Great time. Definitely return if cruise from Ravenna again.」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「Pleasant hotel in converted palazzo. 5-10 minute walk from train station and then to central city. Nice breakfast, lots of free chocolates! Large king room (#7) with view of garden, sofa and desk. Tiny bathroom and 28"x 28" shower. Would stay again if visiting Ravenna.」
