“The rooms are small like many European hotels with a nice big bed but the bathroom is very poorly maintained , cracked tiles and the shower door has a rail that is cracked / missing with dark dirty looking areas .”

“I highly recommend Hotel Manuela - from their information with details even before my arrival, to the warm welcome and helpfulness of every member of the team during my stay. Delicious breakfasts, freshly baked pastries/cakes as a treat with a mid-morning coffee, information about local trips etc, plus a spotlessly clean room. “I arrived late after an exhausting day of travel, made even longer by a four-hour delay waiting for my luggage. As a solo female raveler, I found the hotel to be clean and felt safe during my stay. The front desk attendant was genuinely kind and welcoming, but he appeared to be working alone, and the hotel could benefit from additional staff. The entrance has stairs, and there was no assistance with luggage. Guests are also required to leave their room key at the front desk whenever they leave……
